Will did his apprenticeship at Ricky’s in Noosa, Queensland, Australia. He then immigrated to the Uk in 2013, spending time cooking in London, Milton Keynes, the Cotswolds and Hertfordshire before settling in Peterborough. After two years as senior sous chef at Johnson’s steak house, he is excited to take on the job at The Willow.
I have 21 years experience in the industry, which has taken me from Cornwall, Isle of Wight, Lincolnshire and now to Peterborough. I’ve undertaken roles from holiday resorts, night clubs, pubs and now The Willow. I initially came onboard to help out the odd Sunday, but instantly fell in love with The Willow & team and I’m now enjoying the role of Manager & Event Organiser.
