For all parties, weddings or other private events, we require the following:

  1. a)  A deposit of £500 upon booking to guarantee and secure the date. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation from The Willow. This deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 12 months of the date.
  2. b)  We will then meet with you 12 weeks prior to the event to organise the final details. After this meeting we will give you an invoice for 50% of the final balance which will need to be paid within 2 weeks of that meeting. At this point your numbers for the event will be taken as final so any drop-in numbers will still be charged.
  3. c)  We will then meet with you a final time 4 weeks prior to the event to re-check all the details. After this meeting we will issue the final invoice for the remaining balance which will need to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.


Any extras that are accrued on the day of the event are to be settled in full on departure. We do not offer account facilities.

Prices are reviewed annually; we have the right to do this at any time but not within 12 weeks of your event.

Occasionally certain drinks or ingredients may become unavailable at the last minute. In the event of this happening we will contact you to arrange suitable alternatives.

We reserve the right to charge in full for any damages that occur during your event or anything removed from the venue. We will also have the right to charge for any labour involved with the cleaning or clearing that was required for anything we consider excessive.
